个人简历:

张增峰,男,博士,4688美高梅集团唯一助理研究员。2021年9月于4688美高梅集团唯一获得食品科学与工程博士学位。2021年9月至今,4688美高梅集团唯一博士后、助理研究员。2024年7月入选福建省三明市科技特派员。主要从事食源性致病菌耐药形成、传播及防控研究。在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Microbiology Spectrum、Internation Journal of Food microbiology等国际知名期刊上发表学术论文30余篇,第一/通讯作者SCI论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、上海市博士后日常资助项目等项目,参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目等项目。担任Journal of Future Foods、Food & Medicine Homology和Zoonoses青年编委及Frontiers in Microbiology 客座编辑,iScience、Current Opinion in Microbiology等杂志审稿人。
